nice matters too. :)

Our girl is starting to be so affectionate.
Did I mention she gives kisses?
With a grin, too!
 So many expressions :)
I finished every. single. sunshine pin (including the packaging) and mailed them off today! :)
Saturday we went to Nathan's birthday party in Alma.
Papaw wins the Baby Whisperer Award. :)
He got Anna Ruth to sleep for a bit of a nap...
and then she even got to rest on Malachi's big boy bed for a while!
I loved the creativity that went into the camping cake Becca made :)
 Jana and Little M :)

There were sweets galore-including s'mores at the party!

Anna Ruth got to try the play car for the first time ever!
She loved it!
She may have learned this fierce look from her mama. :)

Sunday we went to Momma and Daddy's for lunch!
We had a great time playing and eating.
Everything tasted so delicious.
Family matters.
I made this bunting and tucked it in with the sunshine pins for the lovely Meg, who is giving me the opportunity to send something for the craft weekend ladies.
As far as I can tell, most of the other shops contributing things are pretty established.
So- how nice is she to give me this opportunity?
Very. :)
Nice matters too.

My parade

Congratulations entry #3-Andrea, you are the Giveaway Winner! :)
Message me (sunshinebysara@hotmail.com or via facebook)
to determine the details of your pin and bunting! :)

This is some of the fabulous fabric I got at Sew Flakes in downtown Broken Arrow !
Something you might not know-I love down towns.
For real.
I even had an idea once to photograph and visit down towns all over the U.S. :)
Hot Springs has a great downtown too.
Last week I filled the shop with these happy little pins :). So easy to put one on and dress up your mood and outfit!

Something Anna Ruth, and all babies, are born with is such a natural curiosity. I pray and hope to continue to nurture that in Anna as she gets older. I've noticed lately how 'plugged in' everyone is. I want Anna Ruth to be curious, fascinated, and use her imagination with everyday things!

This day we had a blast on the kitchen floor, with a box. :)

My life will never be the same! She can crawl backwards and do 360's on her tummy so fast she's discovered the drawer under the stove and the dishwasher. She's into everything!
for all the negative comments I've heard about this stage ...don't rain on my parade! :)
I enjoy watching her come alive!
Anna Ruth is now crawling! As of last night (3/12/2012) :) she's an official crawler. It just makes me laugh and laugh with joy..it's so cute to watch.
This shelf is getting cleaned out today! No longer can I keep the older cousin's play things on Anna's shelf! She gets it all down and some things are just too little for her little body.
Don't tell Anna Ruth though-she thinks she's just as big as anybody!

Please pray for a friend of mine's daughter who has had an allergic reaction and is in the hospital with hives.
****************
I had something last week (a sinus infection I believe) but didn't want the high doctor bill to go in for a visit and know that God wants us healthy! So, I rested, drank lots of water, and most importantly prayed! (And had my Dad pray for me at church) I am feeling so much better and back to myself!
Prayer Works.

Sister's Trip

My sisters and I took a trip to Tulsa,
and we even had S.W.A.G.! (Stuff We All Get)
We exchanged gifts like snacks, canvases, scarves, and facial masks. :)
While working on my S.W.A.G I had a mishap with some super glue. :0
and this poor birdie was stuck in our wood-burning stove all day.
The lake was looking mysteriously wonderful on my drive to meet Jana.

After we popped in some ATU college days music and dished about some memories the trip was well on its way.

Our first stop was this INCREDIBLY cute fabric store called Sew Flakes in downtown Broken Arrow.
If you're near Broken Arrow or Tulsa you must go in!
I'll post pics of my cute fabric later.
It was inspiration heaven.

We also ate at Cheesecake factory.
One vegetarian pasta,
less than stellar service,
and no cheesecake.
:)

Time in the car...while I shot pics like paparazzi.

We also visited the highly inspirational Anthropologie.
Cute doesn't even come close to describing it.
J.Crew in the mall had such a fabulous window display.

Day Two took a nosedive. Becca got really sick :( so we had to leave her resting in the hotel.
Jana and I went on to Super Target where we were treated to mini captain crunch Starbucks treats.
I enjoyed mine immensely.
Jana's went in the trash. :)
Jana sported my pin I made for myself :)
We passed the neatest junk/antique shop on the way home in Siloam Springs.
They had junk shops galore! I think another trip is in store. :)
It was so nice to get away..but way nicer to come home.
Anna Ruth wrapped her arms around me and kept patting me on the back.
Thanks to momma and daddy, and Brett and Janice for taking such sweet, good care of Anna Ruth while I was gone.
:) Super Dada to the rescue!

I've got a new blog! Come see. :)

Room for the Rosy  is my new blog. I hope you'll come see.
