hello Monday

Today I'm excited to do my first ever "Hello Monday" post.  I read a lot of blogs and they often have link-up parties.  I usually don't participate.  Mostly because I usually ask myself if the topic is something I would have blogged about anyway, or am I just wanting blog traffic.  To be honest-I've come to the realization that I blog for my own good/self.  I'm delighted when others enjoy it, but I don't ever want to write something just so that a bunch of people will stop by my blog.  That's just plain silly.

However, on Lisa Leonard's blog (one of my top fave's!) she always does a Hello Monday link-up. I realized, after e-mailing a particular friend and always asking what she was looking forward to that week, that I would love to participate in the Hello Monday link-up!  It's all about saying "hello" to a new start, a fresh week, a clean slate if you will.  Mondays have actually become one of my top favorite days of the week...all that possibility lying ahead just makes it great.
Hello jar of happy, thrifted forks.
let's throw a party.
Hello sky-high, scrawny trees, puffy clouds, and the bluest of skies.
Spring is coming.
 Hello bright, cheerful bowls of citrus....
with gardening books galore underneath.
hello piercing blue eyes and bright red sucker,
days filled with giggles and talking non-stop.
Hello beautiful flowers from my sweet mom-in-law,
hello yellow-you're my favorite color.
Hello melted heart after a rough day,
fussy gal finally fell asleep.......
captured this sweetness,
the cat bottom and pouty cheeks just get me every single time.

Hello new week! Possibilities are ahead!
{What are you saying hello to this week?}
