Anna's Artwork: Gallery Wall {DIY}

From a very little age I've let Anna Ruth use crayons.  I still love using crayons, colored pencils, stickers, etc.  I won't ever outgrow it!   (and yes-we've had one "incident" where crayon ended up on the wall.  We may be a creative family but we are still very much a normal family.)

Anna also loves to paint, so long as the paint doesn't make it's way to her fingers or hands.  I have to constantly reassure her it's okay to get a little messy when that happens!  After she finished some paintings this week I made a little gallery wall to show off her work.  I also put her Valentine's cards up as well.  We used our cute tape and Anna Ruth was so, so proud.

This little section of wall is tucked in our dining room, on the side of our fridge.  It is the happiest spot.  I can't wait to add more of Anna's artwork!

*Where could you add an artist's Gallery Wall in your house?*

  1. That's such a good idea. I've been thinking about turning our laundry area into a fun spot like this when Little starts getting artsy. I figured it would be a great way to cheer up a spot filled with laundry baskets.

    1. Good idea! Laundry is one of my least favorite tasks, so might as well make the work space look a bit more appealing, huh. :) :) While waiting for Little to get artsy you could always hang up pics, or your most inspirational magazine pages.
