Good afternoon friends! The start of this year feels big and fresh and unknown and exciting. I don't remember a New Year ever quite feeling like this one, something I can't quite put my finger on. Considering my two words for the year are "surprise" and "serendipity", I'd say the feelings are spot on. What's very much not unknown is my deep love, passion, and respect for real-life photography. In fact, I won't even get started here, but instead want to share my first video with you!
I'll go ahead and give you a little warning-the video is 10 minutes long! I made it, no set plan in place, but to share my heart on photography and the new kind of sessions I am doing. 10 minutes later, this is where I wound up. My first thought was to delete it, be more short and sweet and to the point. But a second later I heard my big, confident artist soul say a loud "no". This is me, and I am long and wordy sometimes about the things that have my heart.
I hope you'll sit with a cup of coffee or tea, lean in close, and consider having me in your home to help tell your own beautiful, unique story.
I loved hearing your voice!
ReplyDeleteThank-you! :)
DeleteYou are so delightful! I love hearing your voice and the video was prefect. I also love seeing you real life. I have grandchildren who stay with us during the summer. I would to have some real life photos of that special time together. But I live in Fort Smith so i just need to know if you could come here and of course a price range. Now I will not know exactly when they will be here until later in the year. My email is willomel132 at gmail dot com
ReplyDeleteThank-you so much Melody! :) I look forward to capturing you and yours :)
DeleteI was so inspired by this and by your vision! I wish we lived closer! I'd book you in a second!
ReplyDeleteOh man, I wish we lived closer too! That would be fun to catch up with you! :)
DeleteHello Sara,
ReplyDeleteGreat video! If I lived closer, I would book you in a minute. Heck, I'm still considering a road trip from Michigan for one of your retreats... Keep up the great work. Your blog is an inspiration!
Susan
